2. What Data We Collect
- Account data: Your email address and name, used solely to identify your account.
- Audit responses: Your answers to coaching questions (excuses, habits, goals).
- Mission activity: Which missions you complete and when.
- Behavioral patterns: Aggregated, anonymized habit and progress data.
3. Anonymized Data & Research
With your explicit consent, we may use fully anonymized behavioral data to contribute to citizen science research. This means:
- ✅ No names, emails, phone numbers or addresses are ever shared
- ✅ No financial information is ever shared
- ✅ No personally identifiable information (PII) is included
- ✅ Data is aggregated across thousands of users before use
- ✅ You can withdraw consent at any time from your Profile settings
4. How We Use Your Data
- To provide personalized AI coaching
- To generate your daily missions
- To track your progress and XP
- To process subscription payments via Stripe
- To contribute anonymized patterns to global research (consent required)
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Stripe — for payment processing
- Research partners — anonymized, aggregated behavioral data only (with consent)
6. Data Retention
- Active accounts: Your personal data is retained while your account is active.
- Account deletion: When you delete your account, all personally identifiable information is permanently removed within 30 days.
- Anonymized data: Anonymized, aggregated behavioral data may be retained indefinitely for research purposes, as it cannot identify you.
- Backups: Deleted data may persist in backups for up to 90 days before permanent removal.
